Service Routes
Shawnee MTD offers In-Town service in Anna/Jonesboro, Metropolis and Vienna. We also offer Inter-City routes from Cairo to Cape Girardeau and Cairo to Carbondale. Monthly passes are available. For more information, contact us at 1-866-577-6278. All schedules are displayed below.
When scheduling a ride please remember the following:
- Be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time
- 24 hour advance notice is required for all routes including our Inter-City routes (Cairo to Cape Girardeau & Cairo to Carbondale) as well as in-town services (Anna/Jonesboro, Metropolis and Vienna)

Riding with us is easy.

CALL DISPATCH
To schedule a ride, simply contact dispatch at 866-577-6278. A dispatcher is standing by to talk with you and discuss your transportation needs. 24 hour reservations are required for all routes.
2.
TELL US YOUR DESTINATION
Let the dispatcher know who, when, where you are and where you’d like to go. Be prepared to let them know how many people will be riding and if you need a return trip.
3.
WAIT PATIENTLY
You’ve done all you need to do! Relax, wait patiently and let us take care of the scheduling. Be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
